Items are shipped from Sydney, Australia in the timeframe stated on each product's description.
As pieces are made to order this can vary due to order queue & your patience is greatly appreciate as your masterpiece is created.

EXPRESS SHIPPING can be added to your order at checkout to speed up delivery time but will not shorten product lead time.
AUSTRALIA
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD via Australia Post Registered Parcels.
Once your item has been sent, you will be emailed your tracking number.
Expect to receive your item in 1 - 5 business days once posted. This is a guideline & we cannot be held accountable for delays due to the delivery service.

INTERNATIONAL
We love shipping around the world!
Shipping outside of Australia is a flat rate of $20 AUD via Australia Post Registered International Pacels.
Expect to receive your item in 7 - 14 business days once posted.

Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your tracking number.
Track your order via Australia Post Tracking.
When your order reaches the destination country & clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider. You may be able to track your order using the tracking number supplied on the website of your local postal service, approximately 3-5 days after your tracking number is supplied as well as via Australia Post Tracking.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Due to the fragile nature of pieces, we package them carefully to withstand travel. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take photos and send immediately to yello@limoneart.com
Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection.
If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection promptly, the parcel may be returned & you will be required to pay shipping costs again to resend.
Once your tracking number has been supplied, your item has been dispatched & the shipping address cannot be changed.
RETURNS
As pieces are made to order they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are only accepted in the unlikely case of a faulty item.
FAULTS
In the unlikely event your piece is faulty, your item will be replaced or refunded if replacement is not possible. Please email yello@limoneart.com with your order number, a clear image & description of the fault.
The item must be returned in original condition with all packaging.
Please keep in mind that all items are made to order & unique. Individual differences are not classified as faults nor if items appear differently on your screen, depending on resolution, scale, colour etc.
